I don’t like the feel of the magnesium spray on my skin. Feels very drying.

Easy to use

I am a 58 year old woman
I suffer from primary progressive multiple sclerosis as well as severe arthritis. I use the lotion when I have help applying it
The spray is perfect when I don't have help and I cannot reach properly
The relief the magnesium products give help with everyday life and sleeping
So happy to have discovered these products

Find the spray doesn't absorb into the skin, thus I can still feel it hrs after it has been applied . Regretfully, it hasn't reduced inflammation.
